ARC Hotel is a 3-star hotel within the Egerton University originally started to support research at the University but has carved a niche of its own over the years. Located off the Nakuru – Kisumu road on your way to the Western Circuit of Kenya and just 30 minutes from Nakuru. If you are traversing Kenya by road its worth making a stop and ravish the scenery, the food and Lord Egerton’s Castle which is under the management of the hotel.

The ARC Hotel was set up in 1984 by the then Egerton College through support from the Government of the United States of America and was officially opened in July 1985.

Situated within the Egerton University, 5 kms south of Njoro along Mau-Narok road

ARC is a “three-star” hotel that has become a hub of activities catering to local and international visitors. 

  • We can cater for 250 pax in the conference, 250 pax in the restaurant and 90 rooms for accommodation.
  • We have expansive gardens for team-building activities, weddings, retreats, camping, etc.
