Avenue Healthcare

The Avenue Hospital is a level 4 private hospital located in Parklands that was founded in 1976. The facility is part of the Avenue Healthcare group which has branches in Kisumu along with several clinics within Nairobi and other major towns in the country. The hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality medical care. My dad underwent a successful Appendix surgery here and we are forever grateful. In 2017 they officially opened up a seven-floor expansive building that is fully equipped to offer much-needed tertiary care services— including dialysis, intensive care, advanced laboratory, physiotherapy, and specialized radiology such as CT scans and MRIs. Additional facilities include state-of-the-art operating theatres, burns and isolation units, medical, surgical, psychiatric, maternity, and pediatric wards, as well as private rooms.
