Bata is the largest shoe manufacturer in Kenya. They’ve been around since 1939 with over 150 branches in Kenya. I believe most Kenyans have had at least one shoe from there. In Nakuru, they have 3 stores in the CBD alone. Their shoes are quality and long last above all their competitors. I have worn Bata shoes since kindergarten. Their main branch in Nakuru along Kenyatta Avenue has been my go-to since then. That particular store has not changed since then if you can believe that. It’s very compact and you’ll notice that if you visit them when schools open. It is packed to the brim. It’s almost unbearable at that time. On other days, the shopping experience is great. The staff is very pleasant. Always keen to get to the best shoe or shoe you the deals they have at that time. I like their service a lot. This is the go-to place if you want the best for your feet.
