BANK OF AFRICA KENYA LIMITED is an all public bank providing banking services to corporate, SME and retail clientele. The bank commenced operations in Kenya in July 2004, after acquiring the Kenyan branch of Credit Agricole Indosuez. The bank has 5 branches in Kenya of which 4 are in Nairobi and 1 in Mombasa and has plans to expand its branch network to several towns across the country.The bank is a member of the GROUP BANK OF AFRICA which is well established in 9 other countries in Africa namely: Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda and a representative office in Paris. The group began its operations in 1982 in Bamako Mali, and has over the years expanded initially in Francophone Africa and recently in Anglophone Africa.
