Chinese Corner

I heard about this spot from a friend who works at Sarit Centre. The restaurant is on the first floor of Sarit which is some 15 minutes from Nairobi CBD. She swore on their garlic pork meal and chicken spring rolls. I haven’t gotten the opportunity to visit the restaurant but the other day, she brought me the garlic pork which costs about kes 900. First, I like their packaging. They have all these Chinese writing and some drawings on all sides. Then they know how to park so that the rice, pork, or spring roll (which comes as a complementary) don’t mix. So first I taste the chicken spring roll. It was crunchy on the outside and the chicken soft and moist. I dig into the pork and it’s so good. She was right. Their food is really amazing.
