If you want affordable but delicious ice cream, this is the spot. Plus they have branches all over Nairobi, so accessing it is no hassle. I’ve been to several of their spots and so when I heard that they were opening one in Nakuru, I was happy. The one in Nakuru is located along Kenyatta Avenue, opposite KCB bank. The location is very accessible but the downside is getting parking space. The counter is on the ground floor while the sitting area is on the first floor. It’s a huge sitting area coz they share the space with Pizza Inn, Chicken Inn, and Galito’s. There’s also a terrace with a street view which is a great spot if you’re on a date. You can get an ice cream cone from as low as 50/= and it’s mad tasty. I also find their portions generous. There’s also a variety of toppings (they charge 50/= for toppings) from syrups, sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or cherries. They also offer milkshakes, fresh juice, smoothies, sundaes, and snacks like donuts. You should try their donuts with vanilla icing plus sprinkles. One of the tastiest donuts I’ve had to date. Recently I tried their Peppermint double-thick milkshake (which goes for 350/=) and I did not like it one bit. I don’t know why I felt adventurous instead of sticking to my usual Caramel and Oreo double thick. I can’t believe people take that flavor. Lesson learned. Anyway, it’s great seeing Nakuru getting these brands. I hope guys enjoy them the way I know guys in Nairobi do.
