Eldon Villas

We were booked in for 2 nights and our experience was remarkable! We have found Eldon Villas to be a very good value for money in terms of the size of the apartment and the service received. The new staff Team is much more professional – very helpful, kind and friendly. We had one slight misunderstanding relating to visitors – however, once the management understood that we were to receive a friend who was staying opposite Eldon Villas. The accommodation is large, comfortable, and of excellent value for money. The cleaning staff was very friendly – and by the time we left, we were virtually on first-name terms with them all. Similarly, the management team was able to respond to all our requests quickly, and efficiently and provide a good outcome. One thing we found outstanding with them was them doing our dishes. We had stepped out to get something from The Junction and when we came back ALL our dishes were sparkling clean! it is excellent value for money. Spacious apartments, cleaned daily. Bedsheets and towels were changed twice per week and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. A very welcome addition since 2020 is the excellent restaurant – we had several meals delivered to the apartment and they were superb!! Location for us was the biggest selling point. It’s a walking distance to the Junction Mall and a crawling distance from the Brew Bristo (Boutique Bar/Night Club & Restaurant) – and the security staff is very efficient – whilst still friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend Eldon Villas highly enough in terms of value for money, safety and security, friendliness of staff, and great location. Two other things that need to be mentioned – there is a delightful pool in the complex and you are able to swim daily between 8 am and 6 pm. The pool area has seating to allow sunbathing and it is a quiet haven of tranquility allowing you to relax and enjoy the sun – there is also a very well-equipped gym which I believe is open 24/7. Having a hotel that clicks the boxes of comfort, friendliness, price, and location is a good option to have for any traveler be it on business or pleasure. Collins, Mercy, and co – you are doing an excellent good job at Eldon Villas!! It is a home away from home – and I hope you will all welcome us back next time around!!
