It’s a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves. Equity is that kind of a bank. They’ve always shown you kindness and respect. Everyone there is so welcoming, and they make you feel like an important person. I opened an account with them, and the whole process was excellent and speedy. After opening an account, I was impressed that I was given the ATM card the same day at only Ksh 720, compared to other banks where you have to wait for weeks. After opening up an account, the manager wrote a thank you remark that I received in my email that same week. Equity bank also has online banking, enabling you to transfer your money by paying bills making life easy. I was overwhelmed with the service I got. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years of banking with them.
