A great addition to Nakuru.
This is the most recent mall in Nakuru and it is fantastic. It’s located some 5 minutes drive from the CBD and a cab costs about 200/=. The first thing you notice when you get to the mall is its size. It’s massive (in Nakuru standards). The next thing you notice is the murals on the walls. They are spectacular. It’s amazing seeing art on buildings instead of the usual cold, painted wall. They have security checkpoints at the entrance and exit. The mall also has so much packing space. There’s parking on the ground floor, two floors dedicated to parking, and parking on the rooftop. And you know what, they don’t charge parking. You can’t miss things to do at the mall. If you want to have a coffee or food, there’s Origins Coffee on the ground floor. If you want to shop, there’s Chandarana on the ground floor. If you want your kids to have fun, there’s an arcade on the ground floor. If you want to party, there’s The Eagles Nest on the rooftop. You wouldn’t believe the view from the club. You can see the city with a backdrop of Lake Nakuru. At night, the lights from the city is beautiful. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t set up a cinema. I’ve been looking forward to Nakuru having a cinema since my first time at Imax Anga House. It’s great seeing these developments in Nakuru. I’m looking forward to what the future has in store.
