One of the top top hotels in east Africa. It’s one of those places you need to visit whenever you get the chance. It is located in Karen at the foot of Ngong hills some 25 kilometers from Nairobi CBD. A cab costs about kes 800. I was there sometime back with my folks in celebration of their anniversary. This man(my dad) sure knows how to treat his lady. The hotel is an architectural genius. Its beautify is second to none. The interior decor oozes class from the moment you walk past the entrance. At that time there were several foreigners so you can tell this is a favorite for them. We were directed to the restaurant by the most pleasant doorman. The restaurant is stunning with options to sit inside or outside near the pool. I’m glad we decided to seat at the terrace because the view we got at sunset was heavenly. If you can, make a point of visiting this hotel.
