InterContinental Nairobi

Intercontinental Hotel is a haven in the city. The hotel is well located opposite the Parliament and well secured with armed forced guards and military patrolling the premises. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, and spacious and have reasonably good views. The food was good and they have a nice Indian Restaurant too. During our one-night stay here, we had our meal by the poolside, such a romantic place to have your meals. The welcoming breakfast in Mara is comparable to none. That night during our stay I happen to have my month and unfortunately, I had not carried my belongings lol. Immediately we called in the staff to see if they could help and ooh yes, Sylvia was at our door in a minute, She gave me a pack that I did not have to pay for. This is something I have treasured up to this day. Our room was directly situated on parliament road, this gave us beautiful access to the other quiet side of Nairobi. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and stocked with water daily. I understand the hotel was recently closed But it carries great memories that we treasure close to our hearts.
