You also get to track the order from the moment you place it, to when it’s ready when the rider receives it, and the route the rider uses. Jumia Food is fairly new but the way they operate is top-notch. Maybe it’s coz they have experience with delivery from their main app, Jumia. Apart from their low delivery fee, nothing else stands out. Maybe that’s because I expect them to be as good (the things we take for granted) Overall, it’s a reliable app to have your food delivered.
