Kenya school of adventure and leadership-Kesal is a public outdoor training center established in 1990. Kesal has been offering unique and high-impact experiential-based training solutions since then. As a training institution, Kesal can assist your organization in training at the strategic level. The training approach at Kesal is experientially based and involves learning by doing, which offers a shift in thinking. In addition, KESAL organizations help to increase levels of trust and improve communication, which results in increased performance and productivity of one personality. I sited KESAL for one-week training with a group of friends for camping and team building. The camp is in a chilly area, so we had to carry every warm cloth we got. We had to do ice water dipping when we arrived, which was not easy. However, the place is so beautiful, with Mt Kenya next to the camp. The staff is amiable, the place is clean, and the food and drinks prepared for us were the best. It is an excellent place to try for those who love mountain climbing, zip lining, and hiking. We enjoyed our time and hoped to revisit.
