Kenya’s eCommerce sector has been growing steadily in recent years with the entry of local and international platforms that saw the launch of the online marketplace Kilimall in the year 2014.Kilimall was founded by Chinese national Yang Tao. Kilimall is an online shopping mall for Electronics, Home & Living, and Fashion. It also connects merchants and consumers via a professional e-commerce marketplace. The online shopping mall offers products that span various categories including clothing, books, personal care, phones, home appliances, computers, healthcare, baby products, fashion bags, make-up, and much more. Kilimall offers an online payment system, logistics system KillExpress, and papaya. It also provides a range of services designed to ensure optimum levels of convenience and customer satisfaction with the retail process. My love for Kilimall started way back in 2015, as they were fairly new in Kenya and their warehouse was located opposite Prestige Plaza. I have bought a number of things including a duvet set that is still intact up to this date, human hair, and beauty products. Three days ago I placed an order for beauty products and makeup brushes, and they were delivered on time. Personally, I have not had a pending order or delay.. The customer care service is quick and always on the lookout whenever there is an issue.
