Kuzima Comrades Sports Bar

This is one of the oldest urban clubs in Kahawa Sukari, and is very popular with residents and students from Kenyatta University. This ensures the club is full most weekends, which is a big plus. Since no one likes an empty club. If you don’t want to go to Westlands to party, Kuzima Comrades is a good alternative and it will satisfy you. The music in this club is always amazing, and it’s hard to find anyone seated. In my opinion, this is what makes the club really popular, since some of my friends from Ngong Road frequent this place, simply because of the DJs. They also host the most popular DJs often, such as Dj Joe Mfalme. If you love music, dancing and a hyped crowd, then Kuzima Comrades is the club for you.

This is one of the most popular clubs in Kahawa sukari. If you haven’t been there and you look at it from the parking lot, you can’t imagine the number of people that drink there. It was an option for me before Velar. They have a parking lot for a handful of cars outside the club’s entrance. If you miss space, you street park. Inside, there are a lot of tables and chairs. Nothing fancy. Like at full capacity, it can hold more than 500 guys. Then the bar and Dj are on one side. The other side is seats and a number of screens for those who want to catch a match. They sell their alcohol at a fair price and attract both the working class and students. Not the most lit club, but at times, it’ll have to do.
