Our team of expert drivers use Land Cruisers with open roofs and large windows, for uninterrupted views of the wildlife. The reserve is home to over 1,100 species of birds. Your tent

Each exclusive tent is secluded and private, the perfect place to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the Ewaso Nyiro river during the Kenyan night. Facing the river and shaded by palm trees you can watch the sun rise from the porch of your tent.

Pioneering

Each tent has a spacious king bed, porch and an ensuite bathroom. Authentic furniture and decorations take you back to the experiences of the early pioneers.

The river

At Larsens we do not let anything get in the way. Watch elephants wade in the river and giraffes meander along the opposite bank while you dine alfresco.

Candlelight

The evening’s candlelight dinners, serenaded by the gentle sounds of the Kenyan night, are the perfect way to end the day. Gourmet four-course meals are served for breakfast, and dinner, and our buffet breakfast will ensure that you are all set for a day on safari.
