Always treating you like the queen you are. I love this place. Located right in the middle of Nairobi CBD, at BIHI towers 8th floor.Their customer service is top notch. Their staff are super friendly and always smiley. This nail palour is the perfect place to spoil yourself. The ambience is amazing. The place is spotless. It always so clean. They give you some tea while you get your nails done. They offer many services. Gel polish application is 1000KES. Colour Changing gel is 1500KES. Matte gel is 2000KES. Stickons range from 1000KES. They also have skin brightening pedi rangeing from 1300KES. They also do nail sculpting and acrylics. Their nails techs are well qualified and their service are quite perfect. Everything about this place is amazing. They also fix your nail for you if you break it before a certain time. Their nails last more than weeks and are still intact. Their pedicures are my personal favourite. You leave here feeling so relaxed. Best parlour ever.

Luxe Nails parlour is a cosy place to get all the nail work that you need. Starting with the ambiance, to their level of hygiene, to the view (Luxe is found on the tenth floor of BIHI towers along Moi avenue road) is just thrilling and impressive! And especially during this season that we are in because of the pandemic, measures are seriously taken. in Luxe parlour. Luxe are nail experts, i mean, whatever art that you may want, luxe professionals will just do it for you. Luxe have a professional setting and have staffs who are nail experts. I mean they are just good with nail! And because of the professiona setting, you might need to book for an appointment before hand to be on the safe side and to avoid overcrowding and being on the queue for long. I like that they know how to do their work properly. They have excellent customer care service and staff who are friendly and kind. I don’t do my nails consistently but when I do, luxe is just the place that i want to get services from. They also do manicure and pedicure and other beauty therapies like eye threading, name them all. They also have affordable prices, don.t be afraid to visit them for nail work. Luxe is just the place. I highly recommend!

The nail parlour is located in Bihi towers which is near Moi Avenue behind Nation Centre. I had the loveliest experience getting my nails done at Luxe. They prioritize customer experience, comfort and satisfaction. When you walk in, you will first note the cleanliness of the place and its shiny white interior. The staff are quite meticulous and one is required to leave their shoes at a designated place near the entrance. The staff are friendly and accommodating with them being prompt to receive you and usher you into the parlour. I had come to get a manicure and pedicure and was directed to sit on one of their comfortable leather seats. There is always soothing music playing at the parlour. The lady attending to me then proceeded to give me a splendid pedicure that included a foot massage. The quality of service is 10 /10 and their pricing is affordable. A manicure and pedicure go for 18$ each. The place is sanitary and hygienic and one has a view of Nairobi since is located on the 10th floor. I would definitely go back for these services as I got real good value for money spent.
