Maple Inn

I have to commend how good their choma fry is. It’s so freaking good. I need their recipe. Over the weekend, my roommate and I were looking for a place for nyama choma and maybe catch a game. We settled on Maple Inn coz of its proximity plus we hadn’t been there before. It’s located some 30 minutes from Nairobi CBD and a cab cost about kes 500. The hotel looks huge from the parking lot. We then had to go through a corridor to get to the restaurant. The decor is simple. Mostly brown on everything with a few art pieces on the walls and several plants. They also have a bar on the first floor with some seats on the balcony. That’s where we sat coz of the view, music and the tv screens. I haven’t tasted fried beef that good in a while. Hats off to them.
