Founded on a passion for the finest tea, we focused obsessively on building a world class company with several strong Melvin’s brands. We flavor our teas with only 100% natural ingredients. The result – A range of teas that were flavorful, fun and refreshing.

Over the years as our reputation grew, and our reach spread, it became equally obvious that people throughout the country shared this desire for a cup of tea that was much more than simply refreshment, but an enjoyable, memorable and a satisfying experience, leading to the launch of our very own first Tea House – Melvins TeaHouse in the upmarket Lavington Mall.

Today, Melvins Teas serves millions of cups a year. The product base has expanded to include lines; not only flavored teas but herbal and fruit infusions including green, orthodox and purple tea.

Melvins tea is a food processing company located in industrial area Nairobi. The company offers ready flavored and herbal teas. Their tea products are flavoured with no addictives and use only freshly ground spices. Their products can be bought at supermarkets, shops and mini-marts across Kenya. Their products include Melvins green tea, purple tea, ginger tea, masala tea, hibiscus tea, cinammon tea, lemon tea and a variety of other flavors. I recommend their green tea, ginger, hibiscus, cinammon flavored and herbal teas that I use and I love how rich they are in flavor

Best tea in Kenya

This is one of the most sort after tea brands in Kenya. It’s among my favorite brands from Kenya. The company is not very old and has grown through the years because of its amazing taste, quality, and marketing. Some of the reasons I like melvins teas include their variety of flavors. They have so many flavors to choose from and most are pretty good. The prices are also very pocket-friendly. Compared to some imported teas, Melvins Tea offers quality on a budget. I also like that their sachets don’t rip open when you’re stirring. There some that do and it’s a total mess. What I think they can improve on is their packaging. It’s not the most attractive I’ve seen. Plus they are not available in some smaller stores which is bummer. Still, you should try their tea if you haven’t already.
