Naidu Hospital Thika

Naidu hospital is in Thika Riverside Estate, Township, Haile Selassie Rd. I visited the hospital to check up on my friend who had an accident. When I got to the place, it was clean, the parking was enormous, and the receptionist was very friendly. I was told to provide my ID, and after a few minutes, I was taken to the room where my friend was. The service was excellent, but the rooms were so cold I had to carry more beddings. The doctors are very professional and have all the knowledge needed. The nurse who was in charge was kind, knowledgeable, and always available. We could not have asked for more. The support team was also excellent and made time to talk through any questions we had. Excellent experience, I didn’t have to wait, and the process was smooth and efficient.
