Opus was established in 1999, and was initially composed almost entirely of former personnel of Lonrho Properties Kenya Limited. At the time when Lonrho ceased its operations, Opus Properties acquired the management of the Standard Chartered Kenya Pension Fund portfolio, which we managed very satisfactorily for 8 years, between September 1999 to August 2007.
Through mostly word of mouth advertising, and reputation-based marketing, Opus Properties currently manages a varied portfolio of both commercial and residential properties worth over Ksh. 59 billion. Some of the key properties managed include:
