Beatiful music till the sun sets
This is one of the most unique events in Kenya. The Safaricom Jazz festival is a favorite for many jazz lovers. You’d be surprised at the crowd this event pulls. It is usually hosted at the carnivore grounds. Knowing carnivore, I bet you that the food at the event is delicious. The event hosts the best of the best in the jazz scene from within the country and abroad. I have been to two festivals and it gets better and better. The tickets go for KES500 for students and KES1500 for non-students. The stage is huge, there are stands selling both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks within the grounds. Most of the time you find the CEO of Safaricom in attendance and this is a huge deal. The dress code is also something to keep in mind. This event demands elegance. Nothing beats listening to live jazz music past sunset and enjoying it with a wonderful group of friends.
