The financial sercives include M-pesa, M-shwari and KCB mobile banking services. M-pesa has been one of their most innovative services. This was a big step toward fintech in Africa. The customer service is very reliable and there are numerous agent shops countrywide to serve customers. Safaricom also offers good quality fibre internet with no buffering and few downtimes through the Safaricom home fibre. Their upload and download speeds are also quite consistent. One of the benefits of this is Safaricom’s wide network coverage countrywide that ensures reliable internet all the time. The customer service in charge of the home fibre are effient and reliable as they respond to any internet shortages within 24 hopurs and with no fail. The fibre packages cover both home and business. For home they offer internet speeds from 8 MBPS to 100 MBPS with prices between Ksh 2999 to Ksh 12499 respectively. I personally use the 8 MBPS package and it is serviving me well. I can stream and download movies with no effort at all. My household has 3 people and everyone is equipped with a smartphone and laptop but the internet doesnt slow down at all even when we are all connected at the same time. Whenever there in any maintenance Safaricom will make sure to communicate earlier. All in all Safaricom Home Fibre is a reliable and refreshing service that is quite fairly priced.

As a mobile operator, Safaricom introduced affordable communication products and services that have transformed millions of Kenyans and businesses. They have the best customer service among other telecommunication industries. In addition, Safaricom provides data bundles, Tubonge minutes, and a Story bonus. I have used Safaricom for a long time and aim always been happy with their service.

They also have My Safaricom App which can be used to perform transactions as well as track monthly spending. Their customer service is very reliable and they even have agent shops countrywide to serve customers. They also offer data with high internet speeds and their network is reputable for being stable compared to other network providers. They however have high rates of data, minutes but they also provide offers to consumers through Tunukiwa. There is also BLAZE which offers data deals to the youth below 26 years. Safaricom’s transaction charges are however quite high. Despite the ups and downs of Safaricom, they are still my chosen service provider

They are deeply rooted in Kenya’s fiber so much so that almost the entire population of mobile phone users are subscribed to its services. Some of the things I enjoy while using Safaricom network include; their wide coverage in the country. You will always have network and internet as long as you’re using Safaricom. They also have the best home internet option. Reliable and fairly priced. They also respond to internet outages within 24hrs which is always a life saver. Their customer service is also the most reliable. M-PESA is also fantastic. This service makes Kenya one of the leading countries using mobile money in the world. What I don’t like are the high costs of phone calls which are downright ridiculous. Also, they charge relatively high transactions when using M-PESA. Still, they are the “better option”.

Mpesa is the most convenient way to pay for services in kenya. The customer care personnel are very professional and helpful. Whenever I have an inquiry, they try their level best to fix the issues relayed. I love the way it’s easy to make calls at good rates and the internet connection is really good bundles are quite affordable as well. The company has the widest modern mobile network coverage in Kenya and prides in its experienced shareholders, attractive tariffs, a nationwide network of effective dealers, enabling it to maintain its position as the region’s mobile market leader. They also have offers like tubonge minutes and storo bonus. Safaricom seeks to uplift the welfare of Kenyans through value-added services and support for community projects. This is the most outstanding company especially this time of COVID-19 pandemic in terms of helping the society through lowering their (M-PESA) costs and passing important information on this pandemic. It is the most convenient telecommunications company in Kenya.
