Being one of the oldest bus companies in Kenya, this bus plies the Nairobi-Mombasa route and Nairobi-Western Kenya route. One can physically book a ticket at their offices or do it online which is a simple process done through the Bus Kenya App that you can download from Playstore then select the Simba coach as your preferred travel choice after selecting the town you’re departing from and travelling to. There is also the option of choosing a seat after which one completes the payment via M-pesa and after finishing all steps, you can print the ticket or get it at their offices. Their services are okay and their customer service is also good. Their fare prices are affordable and within range. I definitely recommend travelling with them.
