Taidy’s Tavern

Taidy’s Tavern is an excellent restaurant in the Upperhill area in Nairobi, Kenya. The restaurant is known for its outstanding African cuisine and handcrafted drinks by well-trained chefs and bartenders. I have been to the restaurant, and I loved it. The ambiance is welcoming, with soft music in the restaurant and coffee shop. The food here is affordable, from goat, beef, chicken, and pork. The internet connection is speedy and available daily, giving guests who want to work an easy time at the coffee shop. The restaurant also has a car wash area that deals in washing different cars at different prices. The staff is well-trained, friendly, easy to talk to, and well-dressed. I have worked here, and I enjoy every day that passes by.

This is an amazing spot located in Upper Hill. It’s a 15-minute drive from Nairobi CBD and a cab cost about kes 350. This is their second branch in Kenya with the first one being in Nakuru. I’m from Nakuru so I know how good of a restaurant it is. When I got wind of their new branch, I had to check it out. Turns out it’s just as amazing as the other. They have a wonderful space. Past the gate, there’s a lot of parking space with the restaurant being on the other end. I liked that they have a car wash and a barbershop in that space. The restaurant is beautiful. You go past a flight of stairs to tap my seats on the terrace. They have huge windows so the lighting is fantastic plus the decor is on point especially the lights. The service is great and the food is even better although their prices are a bit high. This is a must-visit if you ask me.
