The 25th Hive

The 25th Hive is a cosmetic store that sells make up and skin care products at the Waterfront mall 1st floor, in Karen Nairobi. This is one of the best stores to visit for quality make up and skin care products. Personally, I have found their products to be flesh and skin friendly and they are helpful in clearing spots and defending against new break outs. They sell make up and skin care from re known brands such as Mary Kay, Sephora,Golden Rose , Black Opal , Loreal, Garnier and Morphe. Their products are also available online and they also offer tutorials on make-up application. Their products are quite pricey but totally worth spending money on. I’ve been to the store a couple of times and I commend the staff for how welcoming, informative and friendly they are.

This store caters to all your makeup needs! It is located at the Waterfront Mall, Karen. I had such a great experience shopping there during their November sales period for Black Friday. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable on make-up needs for every person and guided me through the process of choosing the right foundation shades for my skin type. I was greeted my a young lady who asked me if I needed some help shopping to which I responded that I needed to find an appropriate foundation, mascara and setting spray. She then guided me to a seat in front of the mirror and said she would be back in a jiffy. She then proceeded to bring out two shade testers and tested them on my skin. It was evident which shade was mine and we settled on that one. She then did my whole face to have me see how the colour would look of I did it and I was satisfied. When I asked about their different sprays, she gave me a n informed opinion and left the decision up to me. By the time I left the store, I felt well catered to and appreciated as a customer and I would certainly give them 5 stars for customer service. I ended up paying 3550 KES for a sale that would have ordinarily cost me 4250 KES. They packed my purchases in a small, cute paper bag. I will certainly go back to get more makeup products since I have utmost trust in their customer service and make up authenticity.
