After receiving instructions to take up the case, Tropical Retrievers requests the client to sign an agreement and provide the following:- i). Particulars of the debtor or person under investigation, including physical address and telephone numbers. If available ii). Invoices, delivery notes, bounced cheques and any other relevant information or documents. iii) Any other document that can assist in either debt collection, investigation, document verification and/or any other relevant information STAFFING We have in place full time qualified staff with combined experience, who include, private investigators, accountants, marketers, process services and debt collectors. Where a debt is not collectable they write a report on the financial status of the debtor and advise the client on the way forward. THE DIRECTOR ELIUD NDERITU Eliud Nderitu is the Director of Tropical Retrievers and has a Diploma in Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for the operations of the firm. He has vast experience in management skills. He has been in the debt collection and investigation management for the period of seven years from the time when the firm started operations. Previously he worked for Jays Call Mobiles as a Field Sales Supervisor and for Samchi Telecoms as a Safaricom Co-oporate Sales Manager. He has experience in field sales from Blue Shield Insurance and also had been Market Analyst for Brookside Dailies. GEORGE WAIGWA He is the supervisory personnel responsible for the debt recovery and updating of credit files. He has worked as Credit Field Officer with Business Outreach and Management Services / Boma Consultants and also with Women Finance Development (WEDI) in the same capacity and he has a CPA, Sec. I and therefore undertakes the firms accounts. He has worked with Vanguard Management Ltd in a capacity of debt collector for a period of 2 years 6 months. JULIUS KAMULA He is the financial advisor to the firm and also to the clientele. He has a carrier spanning over two decades in Non-Governmental Organization, Regional Institutions (Reinsurance / Insurance) and hospitality industries. Specialized in financial management, credit / debtor management. He has worked in COMESA Institution and Hotel industry in Kenya. He is a graduate, CPA II and a member of Credit Management Commission. PATRICK MUNIU He is the person entrusted with process serving, swearing of affidavits and court appearances in case of any process serving issues. He is also responsible for private investigations. He has worked as a process server for a period of 9 years.
