drawers and own reading table

iv) Sizeable DSTV connected Dining/TV room/common room ~ communal enjoyment of sports & other favorite programs
v) Own cloth line ~ to minimize loss, mix-up, or theft of clothes
vi) Closed-circuit camera monitor ~ to enhance security
vii) Outdoor games mini- court ~ Basketball hoop, etc
viii) Leisure outdoor garden and top floor balcony rest place
ix) Secure perimeter fence plus security guards on a 24/7 basis manning main-gate
x) Limited storage facilities (during off-term) for short periods ~ (at a pay)
xi) Regular cleaning and fumigation of common areas
