I visited Honey and Dough earlier in the year in January and was highly impressed by how beautifully it was set up boasting the city views through their floor to ceiling windows. Their thoughtfully chosen colors and interiors sparks up a feeling of calm and royalty at the same time. Their attendants and servers are so well spoken, very hospitable and gave great helpful suggestions on picking the right meals and desserts for our group as well as advising us on the portions. Their presentation of food and drinks will definitely make you want to take out your phone and snap pictures of your plate against the setting sun views. The general hygiene of the entire place was visibly well taken care of. food was palatable. Did not have the wow factor in terms of taste but was pleasant. Id probably rate their foor 7/10 their menu has a great variety of cuisines to choose from ensuring all preferences are catered to. their desserts are delicious and if you visit you must be sure to try at least one of their cheese cakes,

Mister Wok is the place to visit for a heart warming dinner. The food at Mister Wok feels like a warm cuddle from the inside. You can not go wrong with meals from here. Their ambience isn't the greatest, especially at capital Centre branch but their food definitely makes up for that. Their service is quick and servers are very welcoming and hospitable. Prices are generally affordable. I can not recommend this place enough, everytime i visit, i make a point to try something new on the menu because i know they will not disappoint.

Nairobi Street Kitchen is best known for it's aesthetically pleasing interior design which clearly reflects how much work and thought was put into it. Endless photo ops at every corner. However, when it comes to the food sector, unfortunately, not many dishes on the menu fulfil the taste buds as much. Drinks and refreshments options are many and thankfully satisfactory. Waiters and servers are pleasant making your visit there pleasant too. their hospitable nature is very welcoming and helps the visitor feel comfortable.

Arboretum is the most affordable picnic site in town ideally located in the leafy green area close the State House, The huge site, is mostly safe. Great for a number of activities including short hikes, bicycle rides, roller skating, trekking and picnic site. There is enough open space to host big events surrounded by nature, a great location for photoshoots and small team building activities as well. I always enjoy my time spent at arboretum. With a limited no of people as well as large groups too.

I was highly impressed with the Giraffe Centre after renovation. From parking space, to cleanliness, organization and management, everything is up to par and set up to ensure you have a great memorable experience while there. The elevated walk way makes it easier for the people and giraffes to be in close contact with a safe distance. The Centre has a souvenir shop stocked with beautiful items you definitely want to get to remember about your visit. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit with family. The entrance charges are extremely affordable and the option to book online and avoid standing in queue is also available making it very convenient.

Attention to detail is given towards the interior decoration of the cafe which plays a great part in setting the ambience. I especially loved the hanging lights which they light up just before darkness sets in as their well chosen playlist uplifts the mood of their visitors. Their food is delicious and fresh. I visited during the weekend, in the evening hours when many of their desserts were finished but from what i tried i loved it. Their presentation is aesthetically pleasing and their chef definitely knows what he is doing behind the counter. expect a great experience both in presence and for your taste buds. Daily cafe is a great place to go to as a group or alone.
