Cold Stone chains are usually the same, but the 5 stars go specifically to the young lady who was working this afternoon at the Junction brunch. I wished I had gotten her name, but she was incredibly friendly and somehow made watching her mix the ingredients really fun. I have to tell you. Cold stone is one of my favorite places to grab some yummy ice cream. I used to go all the time to the city center Mama Ngina Street and when they opened up at The Junction they did not disappoint. Though they have cut down on their menu since the pandemic began, they are still serving awesome stuff daily. When I first visited, I was shocked and delighted by the intermittent bursts of singing by the cheery staff. That does not happen as much anymore and I am not a happy camper. Anyways! Their ice cream is creamy, firm, and doesn’t melt very quickly. The cone also tastes very good and it’s always fresh. If you are a first-timer, the staff will carefully guide you through the icecreams and toppings available. I’ve always loved Coldstone for its unique, rich, and creamy ice cream flavors. Love their staff they are always super cool and clean. The place always smells of yumminess as soon as you walked in… Their freshly mixed add-ins make it even better! My number one go-to since day one has been the cake batter ice cream with brownie add-in. For those that don’t know, Cold Stone is basically custom-made ice cream, you select the ice cream flavors and toppings are then mixed in. It’s fun to watch the ice cream being made right in front of you. I think this would be a great place to take kids and it’s especially fun to visit if you don’t have a Cold Stone by you. The service was quick and our order was perfectly made. I would certainly come back and recommend anyone who may want to try out ice cream.

I think we all are Ice cream lovers; eating ice cream makes me happy. It’s a mouth-watering dessert that makes me cool myself down and think. I visited this lovely establishment in Yaya center mall a couple of times, and I have always been impressed by their menu offering. The best flavor for me is Strawberry; it tastes like I’m eating Strawberry with some yummy chocolate. On a Sunday, I visited the place and wanted to try something different I had a chance to try the mint chocolate with Choco Chip. After seeing it in front of my eyes, I just wanted to have it all at any cost. The green mint flavor is the best to eat; it was delicious. If you’re going to celebrate any party, this is the best one for you. Cold stone also has very lovely milkshakes, pastries, and cake. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try any of it but hopefully, next time.

My favorite ice cream plug in Nairobi. Most times, I take myself out to the shop at Westlands or order for delivery. I love how affordable their ice cream, coffee, tea, pastries, shakes and cocktails. I also love the different flavors available to explore with. On delivery, I loved the service as it was timely and my order was on point. Shout out to their customer service agent, so kind, patient and humble. The pricing is so affordable and for less than a minimum of 700kes, you won’t be disappointed by what you get.

Arguably the best ice cream parlor in town. They have a couple of joints within Nairobi. I went to the one in Thika Road Mall with a friend and it did not disappoint. They have a large sitting space and we got a little corner. They also clean up and sanitize after every few minutes. We were not sure of the flavors we wanted and the lady there was kind enough to give us samples before we decided. They have such a wide variety of flavors and toppings. I got a mix of baileys and cherry vanilla ice cream while my friend got mint with coconut. These flavors were the tastiest I’ve ever had. We paid a total of almost KES1200 including the toppings as they are charged separately. Their ice cream is worth every shilling. The members of their staff are warm. Their customer service is top-notch and the ambiance is good too. They also have ample parking in the area. This place is perfect for dates, families, and groups of friends.

Cold stone offers a variety of ice creams, yoghurts and sorbet flavors giving you the ultimate ice cream experience. They have several branches in Kenya and I’ve been to the one at Thika Road Mall. I like the way they have different varieties and if uncertain you can taste the flavors. I once tried their signature cheese cake at a price of 800KES which can serve 2 people and it was the best I have had. Their plain ice cream ranges from 350KES to 1200KES, in good portions hence value for money. They offer great service from well trained staff. It is a nice place to chill with friends or better yet take away. I can’t wait to go back and try out their wide variety of flavors that they have to offer. My best flavors so far is the peanut butter chocolate icecream. I would give it a rating of 4/5.

If you have been to Village Market, Sarit Centre, the Junction Mall or Thika road Mall popularly known as TRM, then you are probably familiar with the famous Coldstone. Their icecream is remarkable to say the least amd definitely worth every coin. The tiny cup goes for $3.5 but if you are a group of 4 friends they give you a $4 dollar discount so you get to pay $10 dollars only! They have a wide array of icecream flavours to choose from which is the one of the things I love about the place. Their cake slices taste heavenly and their waffles are to die for. I honestly always have trouble deciding what to choose everytime i go there. If you opt for extra toppings, one is charged an extra $0.5. The attendants there are generally friendly and advice you on the best choice on the flavours based on your personal preferences in case you have no idea what to choose . The ice cream is served to you in paper cups with plastic spoons. Some branches have a dining area while the ones in the mall are usually at the food court so you can sit and enjoy your ice cream if you do not want it to-go.
