Easy Coach is a passenger and courier transport service. They offer comfortable and safe services to their passengers with affordable prices. They have an office in Nairobi at Railways where one can do bookings and drop parcels. They also offer online booking options. The company provides varying schedules and fares for different routes. Their buses are known for being distinctly white and red and for plying the Nairobi-Busia road and they also have buses that head to Kampala. I used to study in Rang’ala Girls High School in Siaya County and several times I travelled with them and they would ensure our safety as students by dropping us at the school gate and not the stage. They have seats that can be adjusted for comfort and during journeys, they make stopovers for passengers to get something to eat and relieve themselves. They also have a waiting area for passengers at their Nairobi offices. The only downside is that sometimes there are delays and passengers are forced to begin their travels later than scheduled. Their parcel delivery services are excellent.

This is one of the most affordable means of transport from Kisumu to Nairobi. That is the route I commonly use but their range of destinations is so wide even including Kampala. Previously before Easy Coach established their online booking services you had to physically go and buy a ticket you could either choose to do this on the day of your trip or weeks prior.This process was hectic to be honest. But with their new online booking it’s no stress at all.You book your ticket and they send you a details that are relevant to your trip.When you get to the specific station on your day off travel they print out a hard copy of your ticket and give it to you. You actually have to get there a few minutes earlier so as to figure out all your details appropriately. Most of their transport means are buses and I’ve never seen a smaller vehicle. They also send both packages and parcels .Their seats to me are usually a bit uncomfortable. They are slightly rigid and sitting on this bus for a while is bound to give you some trouble. The seats on their own have a slight recline function which is conducive for long distance travels when you just want to chill.They have enough leg room and even if you have very long legs like me there is no strain. The drivers always drive carefully and if you want to alight along the road and not at the main stop It’s allowed.Their service is also efficient and I’ve never personally had any uncomfortable encounter with them. I’ve sent a package from Nairobi to Kisumu and it cost me 250 shillings. It arrived safely and on the same day.They also have lounges in most of their offices where if after a late night arrival or before an early morning departure you can stop by here and wait. It’s spacious with a snack bar. This is one of the suitable affordable options for long distance travels. Another thing I love about them is the fact that they don’t hike their prices unprovoked and it’s always at a constant rate or uniformly hiked throughout all their branches.
