Emara Hotel Ole Sereni

Emara Ole Sereni is located along Mombasa road.It has several restaurants but I visited 254steak house specifically.The food there was great and affordable.The waiters were so kind and considerate. I ordered lamb steak accompanied with rice on the side. For drinks I ordered a glass of wine Sauvignon Blanc it was good as well.I would definitely recommend Ole sereni for dinner dates or any other special occasions .

Located in the heart of Nairobi, Emara Ole Sereni is Nairobi’s burgeoning luxury hotel scene. It borders the north side of Nairobi National Park. Emara Ole Sereni is the perfect base for a city adventurer. We were here for a party at The Big Five Restaurant and Bar. It is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the waterhole in the Game Park. It is a five-in-one restaurant done in an open kitchen style, specializing in Mongolian, Grills, Italian, Indian and Chinese. A highlight of their restaurant is the Sunday Brunches they organize where everyone can enjoy a wholesome meal. Accompanied by live music, the experience is really soothing. You can even ask for their special kids menu that comes with interesting games and activities for your kiddies. The service was super fast and efficient, we were served by Ruth and Timothy, they were beyond amazing. There is also the Oasis bar which has an extensive range of assorted cocktails, a wine cellar, liquors, and mocktails. It has views of the Nairobi National Park. The hotel has plenty of amenities to enjoy, with a hair salon to get you ready for a night of fun and adventure. Also, take a trip to the gift shop for authentic and exciting gifts and souvenirs. There are some fantastic items from crafts, clothes and jewellery with unique African designs.

I have been to Emara Ole sereni hotel located along Mombasa Road twice before. It is a posh place with amazing decor and beautiful interiors. My friends and I arrived around 6pm and we’re ushered in and led to our table on the rooftop. Our cocktails arrived a few minutes later and they were professionally prepared and worth it. We were graced with a beautiful view overlooking the Nairobi national game park and the sunset was to die for. The music was good and overally I think it was a great experience and I definitely would love to go back.

Am speechless 🙊  speak of perfection  🤗 The services were top notch 👌 👏 Very  clean rooms and washrooms 🥰 Clean white bed sheets 😍 The food was so sweet that made me order for round two. They offer  room service…l  was glad they did because  l didn’t want to get out of my room. The workers are strictly professional and friendly.  The ambience is just spectacular. If you want  eye catching  photos this the place .At night 🌙  l slept  while gazing at the city in my room and in the morning  l had breakfast  at Acacia Restaurant ..l could spot some wild animals in the Nairobi Nairobi Park. The environment is chilled  and relaxed a perfect place to unwind and think through things. The check in and out process is short and simple. Their idea of having  a bar and swimming on the roof top is just Mad!!! I enjoyed  my staycation, danced all night, without me having  to get out of the premises  to find a club.  And when l got tired l just went to sleep in my room same building 🥰🥰Not forgetting  the  located  is easily  accessible just off Mombasa  road. Speak off Wi-Fi  there is free working wifi that is fast that enabled  me to attend my online meetings.. l will definitely come back with my friends!

It’s one of the highly-rated hotels in Nairobi. It’s is located along Mombasa rd some 30 minutes from Nairobi CBD. A cab costs about kes 700. If you plan on dining there, you know you will break the bank. Is it worth it? To some extent yes. I took my partner there for a date and it was a good bad experience. First, you need to make a reservation beforehand in some cases. Then, considering the traffic on Mombasa rd, it is advisable to make an hour or two allowances to the reservation time. We got there an hour before sunset(always chasing the sunset). The reception was good. The doorman showed us to the restaurant. We decided to sit at the terrace which is stunning by the way. It took some time to be served and even longer to get the food. We decided to have cocktails and watch the sunset. That was the highlight of the experience. It’s a beautiful place but they can improve in some sectors.

Ole Sereni is a premium wildlife resort strategically located just off Mombasa road overlooking Nairobi National Game Park. I went here on a late night dinner date with very high expectations seeing as it is a five-star hotel and I was severely underwhelmed. We’d made reservations for 7pm but due to the crazy traffic from where we were coming from added on to Mombasa road traffic, we ended up getting there at 11pm. So I would suggest if you’re looking to dine in, you make a 2-hour allowance for travel time just in case. On arrival, there was absolutely no one at the reception save for the guard at the entrance. You can easily get lost navigating your way around as the staff seemed quite unbothered about the guests coming in. When we eventually got to our table, the waitress that approached said that the dinner menu was not operational beyond 11pm hence we had to order from the breakfast menu. The wait was ridiculously long for a table for two, we waited for one and a half hours. As it turned out, the wait was immaterial as the disappointment that hit us when our plates were finally brought to the table was profound. The portions were extremely small, keep in mind that this was a breakfast menu and therefore we were basically having sandwiches. They felt stale and absolutely not our money’s worth. I would not go back even if there was instant service. The view of the park which is one of their selling points in their advertisement is currently blocked by the new road therefore a good dining view is not something they can boast about anymore. Overall, I think hotels that are not star rated would be better choices. So save yourself two hours of waiting for food and explore other options. For a 5-star hotel, this is arguably one of the worst dates I’ve been on.

This is a great place to be, especially for holidays. The place is located at a very conducive environment which induces the relaxation effect. The food is just so delicious, and I loved the way they prepare their chicken, with both tradition and professionalism twisted to fit your perfect taste. I highly recommend anyone that Emara Hotel Ole Sereni is the place of your dreams, a place to always be.
