Hillcourt Resort & Spa

A few years ago I visited this hotel for a quiet drink and was impressed by the level of service I received. When I planned to return to Nakuru Kenya this establishment was at forefront of my mind since it left such a positive imprint on my mind and I was not disappointed. When I checked in I spoke with the front desk guy Peter who was very hospitable and treated me like a special guest. The food was very good and reasonably priced and the service I got from Belinda was fantastic. I enjoyed using the on-site facilities. The Pool, massage service, sauna, and body therapy whilst my partner had a great time in the gym and nail bar. The most important part of my stay was how the staff made me feel. I’ve never in my life of traveling met so many charming and friendly people. From the front desk to the cleaners, bar staff, and the security. How they could tolerate my boring stories is beyond me. I want to give a particular shout out to Nancy (The Cleaner) Belinda (The waitress) Jeremiah (Security) Victor (Waiter) and last but certainly not least Eric the greatest bartender I’ve ever encountered. I now consider these people as friends and if you decide to come here I give you my guarantee that you won’t be disappointed. They have free Wi-Fi, room service, a designated smoking area, beautifully kept rooms, and wonderful service. What more could you want Having spent 2 nights at the establishment. Awesome service. So much to write home about our experience but just so you know authentic food, and ample secure parking space, gym, and spa. I’m going back.
