Kianjata Springs Camp

This is a cool budget camping site in Nyahururu. It’s located some 20 minutes past Nayhururu CBD. This is a great spot for group activities like team-building and camping plus they are very pocket-friendly. I have been there once with a church group for a weekend retreat. We were coming from Nakuru and got there at about 2 pm. I can still remember how excited their German shepherd was to see us arrive. They have such huge grounds. There was one of their sleeping cottages that caught my eye. It’s an old bus that has been modified into a cabin. It’s pretty awesome. They provided camping tents though we had to carry our sleeping bags. The whole weekend was a frenzy. We got to play soccer and have bonfires and on Sunday we went hiking at Thompson falls. It was worth the trip.
