Milimani House

This is one of the places I frequent when I want to chill alone and maybe catch a game. For me, it offers convenience because of its proximity to home. Even if I leave the bar at around 10 pm, I’ll be home in 5 minutes while on foot. Plus its location is in the leafy suburbs of Nakuru, Milimani so security is a non-issue. If you are coming from the CBD, it’s some 10 minutes drive and a cab costs about kes 200. Its compound comprises a manicured lawn with several trees where they put tables beneath for shade. The inside decor is laid back with one side having a restaurant set up for dining and across the room, there is a bar with dim lighting and a couple of TVs if you want to catch a game. Their prices are slightly on the higher end but not breaking the bank. The outside lawn is great for dates and even events can be held. Overall, it’s a great space.
