My go to after watching a movie hapo century Cinemax Sarit. They have 2 branches: Village market and Sarit. Business hours are 9am-9pm daily. Meals range between Ksh.150-2300. Their decor has a black,orange,white color scheme and it looks very cool especially the art. Very fantastic ribs I must say. I’ve had the ½kilo pork ribs old school bbq flavor (1500/=). Very tender and flavourful. My only problem is sometimes they come hot and other times baridi….so it’s a hit or miss. The shoestring fries (small 150/=) are very crispy and seasoned vizuri. Though once they cold,they become hard. Roco burgers have 3 sizes: 100g,150g and double up 2x100g all with different prices (ranging between Ksh.450-1100) depending on the type of burger you want. I’ve had their Cheese+Bacon (750/= for 150g smash). It has smash, bacon,aged cheddar,sweet pickle,tomatoe, red onion and roco mayo. Me anything that has bacon,consider me sold 😋it’s actually not that bad but it really didn’t blow my mind either…I’ve had better. One thing I didn’t like about them is their service, very poor. Kwanza on weekends, you might want to cry. I just wish they would train their staff and remind them what they actually came to do. I recommend their ribs..I just wish the portions were kidogo more. Funny thing is I’ve never had their wings, that is next on my To-eat-list.

I’m crazy for burgers. I could eat them every day of the week if I could. My favorite time of the year, if I’m being honest, is during burger week. I try to eat as many burgers as possible from as many different places as possible. I got a chance to try out RocoMamas burgers a few weeks ago. This place has mad hype and it is worth it. I went to their spot in Village Market. No sooner had I sat than one of their waiters walked up to me and gave me the menu. Of course, I had to ask which was the favorite. I settle on the slacker which goes for KES1200. I didn’t expect it to be huge but when it got to my table, I was mindblown. It has 3 patties and 3 layers of cheese. It took me some time, but I finished it and I have to say, I am now a believer in RocoMamas. 10/10 would recommend.
