I have been here thrice, the first time was a staycation and the two times was dinner. It was a wonderful experience. To begin with, the location of the hotel is conveniently located proximal to all social and government institutions. The ambiance is equally good and has a serene environment. The renovation brought a new charm to the establishment. Similarly, from the check-in, my staycation period until check out was an awesome experience. Mr. John Onyango at the security desk is very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our staycation. The staff are very friendly and give attention to detail. They made our stay worthwhile since we really needed to get out of the house and have a weekend to ourselves. They even offered us breakfast in bed when we requested. During our stay, I got an opportunity to visit the Wangari Maathai wing which is a women-only wing with security measures up to standard. The rooms have a video-enabled intercom system whereby the guest is able to communicate and see the person at the door before letting them in. The rooms are ideal for ladies’ night out, bridal showers, or someone who simply needs some time away from the other gender. special thanks to Millicent Monica Mary Evans, they made our staycation memorable. There is a good Spa. The Swedish massage I received here by Caroline was excellent. It was like a lymphatic massage using aromatherapy, with just the right amount of pressure and not too much pain, leaving me feeling refreshed in mind and body. The food is also always amazing My favorite is The shack lamp / mkono wa Mbuzi very very tasty. You should give it a try. Two Times Dinner Date The two times we’ve come here for dinner, we have received excellent service. George, executive sous chef, amazing selection on the menu culinary journey. Chef Sanjit Gupta, head of pastry, the Oreo cheesecake was exceptional. Deserts are on another level. Special thanks to Augustus Ashioya, the amazing service from this gentleman. Very courteous and helpful. All in all Sarova Hotels has stood out not because of what they have to offer which is beyond my expectations but because of customer service! These people gave a personalized experience. They made sure I had the best time there. You will not go wrong with this choice. Can’t wait to come back.

I spent three nights at this hotel with my mum back in 2019 and it was a great stay! Sarova is among Kenya’s first luxury hotels located in Nairobi CBD and a short car ride from sights such as Nairobi National Museum. The most commendable feature about our stay here was the staff. We got a stellar reception on arrival and I was obliged by the service rendered by the hotel for the rest of our stay there. I enjoyed the heated pool on the 5th floor and the spa within the changing rooms which is inclusive of your stay package. You don’t even have to worry about damaging your hair if you’re a lady and you happen to be there with open hair as there is a miniature salon within the changing rooms whose services are well inclusive of the stay package. The key cards to the room were a little problematic and we had to on a number of occasions ask for assistance from staff to get the door to our room to open. Hopefully, they have fixed that. We had lunch in the Thai restaurant on our first day there and the food was lovely but the portions were ridiculously small. Therefore, for the rest of our stay there, we would have lunch and dinner in other restaurants within the CBD then just go back to the hotel room. The breakfast was buffet and it is all-you-can-eat within breakfast hours.

It’s a nice cosy hotel located along valley road in Nairobi . It has two restaurants and an outdoor pool. The number of times I’ve gone here is too many I’ve even lost count. I’ve visited here ninety Percent of the time to attend conferences but that only accounts for ten percent of my thoughts. The remaining ninety Percent of my thoughts is occupied by that one time I slept here for two nights . I slept in their typical executive room and I paid 12000/= for one night. The room was so huge, so clean with a very huge bed that could comfortably fit two people. It also had an ensuite bath and a private balcony. Another favorite feature of mine was their room service and their coffee maker. Outdoors you could find a fitness center with a gym but I’m sorry I’m not going on a staycation to work out so there is only so much I can say about it.We had a perfect view of the pool and in the three days I was there,my luggage should have just been moved by the poolside because that’s where I spent ninety percent of my time. There is restaurant by the pool if you don’t want to exert yourself;talk about convenience. The menu was great and all the food was cooked quite well. For the conferences I attended, the rooms were spacious and they offered a bottle of water with some writing materials as part of their package. The staff were also very cooperative when it came to restructuring the whole sitting arrangements to suit our needs as their clients. The IT consultants were also on their toes and we encountered no problem when it came to the audios and the video display.The menu over the conference was however quite limited offering little to no variety but generally the food was alright. Lastly the staff who attended to us were constantly so helpful making the whole experience so homey.
