First time in Sarova Stanley but l was like l didn’t wanna leave😊. I visited the This Chi Restaurant to be specific 😍.The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. I loved the Thai decor..l loved the ancient vibes😍.The staff are extremely knowledgeable and they made us feel welcomed. Despite the fact am not Chinese the waiters went a head and explained the Thai Chi traditional dishes and recommended the ones we should try so this gave me a clue on what to choose on their menu😉. They taught me how to use Chopsticks 🥰 without making me feel embarassed . My country people do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. For the new comers like me l recommend the fragrant green curry of chicken, laced with coconut cream..Thank me later. I will definitely come back with lots of friends 🥰🥰 l love trying out new dishes 💕

I was here on Valentine’s day and I loved the moment. We were on the fifth floor. Ambience was good. Lighted swimming pool just next to us. Music was being played instrumental and it was awesome. Each and every table has a waiter that serves you guys. You get a starter eat it as they wait for you to finish. You can inquire about the food before ordering because you know in five stars if you don’t know what you are ordering you can end up spending on something that you won’t eat 😂😂😂. So we took the starter it was good upto the last meal . They are friendly they ask if you are okay if you need something and for me conversation is always key. Having waiters who can speak freely is always a vibe I would recommend sarova Stanley to anyone because their services are top notch

Sarova Stanley is one of the most antique hotels in Nairobi so it has a lot of history, this has always made me want to visit since it’s located in the very centrum of Nairobi city. During Valentines Day 2022 my husband decided to pull a surprise for me at the Sarova. I was amazed by the warm reception and service we received from the security guards until the executive lounge. As we waited at the reception, we were served chilled cocktail drinks to quench our thirst. A few minutes later Grace, one of the staff joined to welcome us again. Her smile and warm gesture captivated us. After going round and learning about the hotel history we headed to the 6th floor where the pool and restaurant is. We loved the pool, it was very clean and not deep! indeed this was a special day not just for us, but also for the hotel, rooftop was all covered in red decoration, by the pool, and at the restaurant. As you entered the rooftop entrance, I was given a rose flower, while my husband was given two bars of chocolate,, mind you not many people acknowledge men during this day, I was happy to know that they were being kind not only to women but also to men. As we sat to dine after swimming we were welcomed with champaign at the Pool Deck Restaurant was great too. Covid-19 measures were satisfactorily in place around the hotel and to a high standard. after five minutes they brought us smoked salmon, the most delicious salmon I have ever had! this was not even a starter yet! already I was starting to get full. Carol the overall head was the one taking care of us, she made sure we were comfortable and everything we needed was brought on time, we really liked how she enjoyed serving us and educating us on the new dishes we were to have. After finishing the smoked salmon, they brought our starter pack, three different types of bread with different spreading accompanied with soup. I knew within no time I was going to be full and yet we had not even started the main course and dessert. We ended up not having the desert since we were full! I don’t regret not having the desert since we had ice cream! The food was in plenty and delicious, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and attended to, they were sad that we did not get to enjoy their desert lol. to be honest we were soo full and there was no space left for dessert. I would recommend this hotel anytime even if you have small kids. Their menu is friendly enough to cater to kids.
