The Hotel Sonrisa restaurant is located in the main building directly at the beachside, with the astonish view over the Indian Ocean and a calming sound of the waves. Your meal can be served on the beach as well. Dining under the starry sky subtly lightened up by oil lamps is an unforgettable experience!

Sonrisa is a boutique hotel set on a beautiful strip of white sandy beach. This unique architectural design with its brilliant white walls and clean minimalistic décor, puts you in holiday mode immediately. Walking through the bougainvillea arches in the garden towards the sea gives a feeling of stepping into a tropical paradise. All the five rooms and five villas have unique personal African Art effects, collected over the years of travelling.

Friendly helpful staff, always at hand, to let you sink into relax mode. It is a quite part of Diani beach you still can walk a few kilometres only seeing a few fishermen. Our dogs Lil and Sleepy love the walks, only if you promise to bring them back ☺
