The Camp David Resort

I had my previous birthday dinner at this resort. I can’t get over how fulfilling of an experience it was. It’s located next to Karura Forest some 10 minutes from Nairobi CBD and a cab cost about kes 300. First, communication with the management and setting up the dinner was so easy. We were a handful of guys and they’re us feel at home. We got there at around 4 pm and they had set tables for use on the lawn. We had starters and a few beers while catching the sunset. We then moved to the hut where they had a magnificent setup. The restaurant has a rustic look and they complemented it with several candles on the tables and warm lighting all around the restaurant. We brought the cake later on and everyone in the restaurant was singing a lot. It’s was very heartwarming.
