The Mayura

If you want some good indian food within Karen then the mayura restaurant is the place to be. It is located at the hub mall so you know you won’t be worried about parking because the hub has a good parking space. I came here for some chicken biryani and I must say it’s an I am improvement compared to the first time I was here which was way back in 2019. The services were quick it took less time to get served and the food was good and well cooked. I still think the price is a little bit high but it’s worth it because the food was good. The ambience is good the spacing is perfectly good and I always love arriving here at night because of the kind of lighting that they have. The staff are quick but kindly tell them to lighten up bring a happy mood.

Your go-to place for Indian cuisine. This restaurant is located in Westlands at Kenrail towers. Once you walk in, you’ll notice that the restaurant is peacock-themed. They have a large, well-spaced, and well-lit dining area. They observe COVID 19 protocols strictly. Once seated, we were quickly approached by the waiter and given our menus. After a few minutes of deciding on what to eat, we ordered. They have very good cocktails at affordable rates. The food took some time but not too long. We got naan and chicken tikka and mutton roggan Josh balti. The buttered naan goes for KES150 and the chicken tikka for KES1100. The mutton roggan Josh balti went for KES1200. We both enjoyed our meal and even had some packed to go. Their portions were very generous. Their service is very nice. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back.
