My expectations were dumpened tonight. Booked VIP from Mombasa to Nairobi. The seats are totally worn out no foot rest , arm rests damaged in VIP!! Even the stairs to get on board one of them is dangerously damaged can even cause accidents!! KCG 111K😭

I’ve used this bus company twice while travelling to and from Mombasa. The customer service was okay and the bus arrived on time. Their seats are also very comfortable and luggage storage was also done properly. The driver was very careful on the road. Their prices are affordable and worth the pay. As a person who prefers comfort and safety, I will definitely be travelling with them again.

Dreamline buses are exquisite with modern design and a great set up of seats with VIP section business class and normal seats. The buses do journeys to many towns in Kenya like Kisumu, Mombasa, Kitui and across the border to Kampala, Uganda, Kigali, Rwanda and Bujumbura, Burundi. They have many offices around Kenya but the one in Nairobi is found on river road so you can book your ticket from there or also do the booking online at your own convenience. The cost of the ticket depends on the seat that you prefer. The VIP seats, which are the biggest, with leather covering and have more leg room are at the front followed by the business class seats which are slightly smaller than the VIP ones and with less leg room while the normal seats which are the smallest are towards the back of the bus. All the seats have the leaning allowance so you can sleep comfortably on those long journeys and try to also change posture from the upright position the whole journey. The luggage is stored in the trunks just below the seats and it is well arranged and taken care of. Smaller luggage is placed in the upper cabinets just above the seats. However, sometimes Dreamline buses are not on time when you are travelling so you might leave later than you had anticipated. On my journeys to Kampala, I appreciate their hospitality as they offer us a bottle of water, soda and biscuits. Also, the Wi-Fi that is advertised sometimes doesn’t work. The drivers are really friendly and drive at intervals giving the other one a chance to rest so you’ll be in safe hands. The buses have multiple charging sockets so don’t worry about dead battery on your devices while on long journeys. I’ve used dream line on multiple occasions and would recommend it!

This is one of the best transport services that have routes from Nairobi to Mombasa, Mtwapa, Malindi, and Kampala. What I like about Dreamline is its online booking. It makes it so easy to book without having to go to the booking office. You can also call them and a staff member book a seat on your behalf. I love their customer service. The seats are so comfortable having sockets on the side of each seat. They always make stops in between trips to allow passengers to refresh and get food. The drivers are were chatty but polite. There was a time I didn’t know where to alight, the driver was keen on making sure I alight at the right place. I enjoy my travels with Dreamline. They define travel in comfort and style.
