The bus is dirty and the conductor is very rude and not respectfull also they are driving like they going to drive the passangers to sucide i never ever drive with that bus again its just a big mess!

The driver didnt wanted to give my woman her change back for what reason ever they even told her that she didnt pay her ticket and that she is lying that poor girl even got throwed full of insults and discriminations they can be happy that i wasnt around that is a unaccaptable and cowardish behaivor…

Kenya Mpya buses carry passengers along the Thika-Nairobi road and are loved by many because of their fair bus prices. I use the bus every time I go home. Last week I had the best experience ever. I went to shags[ village] to visit my parents/grandparents, and on my way back to Nairobi, someone accidentally took my luggage. When I got to the city, I realized the bag there was not mine. I was so disappointed and angry, but the driver told me to leave my contact details if he found them he would call me. After 12hrs, I received a call that my luggage had been found and delivered to Nairobi. I’m happy with the service I received on the Kenya Mpya bus.
