I really like DR RASHEL Vitamin C Facial Essence Serum bought here lovely product, have only been using it for 2 weeks but can see a brightening effect, skin is softer and plumper. Has a wonderful scent. I also buy Baby Blossom products from Healthy U and I cannot complain. Baby blossom is a line of skincare products for young ones made from 100% natural ingredients. They use organic ingredients to protect and nourish one’s baby’s skin making Baby Blossom the best skin care product on the market. Their main ingredient is calendula extract. CALENDULA is a plant species that is commonly known as Marigold. This health food store has several outlets and personally, I’ve been to their shop at Nairobi’s CBD-Hilton shop and I can say that I appreciate their staff. I found a lady there who was so nice and she’s the reason why I’ve made that branch my to go to shop. They sell vitamins, herbs, aromatherapy oils, natural and organic foods, special diet food, supplements and their prices are affordable as well. Their products are high quality and accommodate breastfeeding mothers, children, gluten free individuals as well as diabetic individuals. I mostly visit the store to purchase supplements, oats, dates, raisins. and baking flour that’s gluten free. Healthy U is indeed dedicated to promote healthy living.

Healthy U had always only had their branches in Nairobi City according to the information I have.Sometimes when I used to buy things from there I would have to wait until I returned to Nairobi to be able to access the same products.With the coming of West End Mall, alot of business were able to sprout and set foundation in Kisumu and among them was Healthy U.The healthy U in Kisumu is actually quite small. It’s basically one tiny room and compared to the other branches I’ve visited I couldn’t help but sigh.I was at such a loss.With this,the variety of products you get at this store is less.They still have the same same inventory and pricing it’s just that they now have a limited variety. The place is clean and the products are shelved in different categories to make your work easier. You have to personally pick what you want but if you need any help staff here are very willing . However ,this place does not have so many employees so when it gets full you’d have to wait for quite a while. I frequently see some attendants in labcoats and I guess they are the nutritionists that are available on deck if you need to make any consultation. They offer other services such as allergy testing, vitamin tracking and a metabolic balance program. Personally I’ve never really used these services. The only thing I’ve done is have a consultation with their nutritionist. Their inventory is very wide and most of their products are geared towards helping their clients achieve a healthier lifestyle. Most of the time when I come here it is to buy their premixed flour. I also like their gluten free pasta especially their rice quinoa fusilli. They cater for different needs like in this case if you don’t eat food with gluten,eggs and also meat. The pasta was easy to cook and holds shape very well and it was 795/= for 250grams. They also have a wide variety of skin care products so you could also shop for them here. The pricing is a little bit expensive but their products are authentic.

This store that has several branches all around the country. It’s mainly committed to allowing people to explore and indulge in a healthy lifestyle.It provides healthier alternatives to foods and products in general. The branches that I mostly frequent are the one’s located in Yaya centre, Sarit center and Kisumu West End Mall. The one in Kisumu West End Mall is closer to home so it’s the one that has seen alot of me. Most of the time I buy supplements,pills and their doctor organic products especially the aloe vera gel. Their price range for most things is generally on the higher side but they have a high reputation in regards to their quality so I don’t usually mind. They actually also have cheaper alternatives in store for some of the products. The range of their inventory is so wide. I’m talking skin care, food( flour and cereals ), drugs, body building supplements and so much more.There is also a natural beauty section and basically anyone interested in healthy living is covered in this store. I bought the Quest Vitamin C. It’s 1000mg of the Vitamin with added bioflavonoids. This supplement is really good and it’s also efficient to be used by those who are gluten free,who don’t use dairy products and vegans. It was 1865/= and it had a total of ninety tablets inside.If you use Doctor organic products ,this place sells very authentic ones. I frequently use their Aloe vera gel which is about 1700/=. It forms a very perfect addition to my natural skin care routine.This store is so supportive of my healthier life choices and anyone venturing into this would be satisfied too.
