Jimmy’s Choma Bite

This is my number one spot for nyama choma while in Nakuru. It’s is located within the CBD opposite Bontana Hotel. It’s a small spot so finding it might prove difficult but the locals can direct you. They also don’t have a parking space so you have to street park. Regardless, I haven’t had an issue with the car’s security so you shouldn’t either. You get in and you’re directed to the seat at the back. It’s not fancy at all. Old tables and chairs plus a couple of sinks. But the meat it’s cravable. It’s the best place to eat just before a night out or those times you wake up hangovered and you have no intention to cook. Their prices are cheap and they have the largest servings I have seen. A great spot if you ask me.
