The staff is customer friendly and very engaging with the client. They very clearly explained to my dad his condition and the importance of the lenses he needed which was very helpful. Their frames and lenses are affordable and very quality. Optica is a top optical house in Kenya and suitable for your optical needs.

Optica is my store of choice for all my optical needs. I’ve been wearing glasses since high school and this place has provided me with so many products till now. They have so many types of frames ranging from as low as less than 1000KES and as high as 30000KES. Their service is the best and they accept a wide range of insurance covers while making a purchase. You are welcomed the moment you enter the door after a security check and then directed to where you’ll be assisted. They also offer free eye checkups for their customers . All you require is to pay 100 and you get your checkups free for a lifetime. They also have so many doctors to attend to you. The branch located in town has no parking however the one at garden city has parking for 50KES for 1 hour. I usually get my contacts here too. They offer contacts from different companies but will always guide you through to get your perfect fit. They also teach you how to put them. The members of their staff are quite friendly and very willing to help. The products I’ve gotten from here are my glasses, some shades and contacts. All the products I get from here last years especially the glass. Good quality, even better price.

I go to this branch due to the wide variety of spectacle frames available. They have both generic and designer frames at this branch. And they stock frames and sunglasses from all the major labels around the world. The frames they sell cover a wide price range, so it is the perfect shop to buy frames and sunglasses regardless of your budget. Contact lenses are also available and the price varies depending on the type. Optica also accepts insurance payments from all the major insurance providers in the country. This is a huge positive since some frames and lenses are really expensive. The staff at this clinic are very helpful and friendly. They are always patient with me when helping me choose eye frames, and their advice is always helpful. They have one of the best customer service experiences. This is my favourite eye clinic and I highly recommend it.

They have several branches countrywide with trained professionals who help you get a good pair of glasses according to your preferences. One of my favorite things about Optica is that they always have a resident ophthalmologist or optometrist. I visited their garden city branch four months ago to see if I could get a replacement for my frames which had unfortunately broken. This branch is located in the ground-floor of the mall and is very spacious. When I walked in I was received by an attendant who politely enquired on how they may help me. I asked if it was possible to get my frames fixed or get a replacement for the particular section that was broken. She asked if she could see them and if in the meantime I would want to take a seat while she enquired on the issue. Unfortunately the damage was irreparable so I had to settle for the second option which was to get a new pair. I must say that their service is excellent and they gave me a free eye check up to determine if I would need a change in the lenses as well. Their frames range from $50 to $300. I settled on a pair of frames that I loved and they took my contact information so that they would inform me on when to collect them later that week. I would definitely recommend Optica to a person looking for a store to shop for eyewear.

They offer free checkups to all their customers only if you’ve been there before. The first consultation is 100KES and you get unlimited consultations free. I’ve gotten glasses from them numerous times and they have a wide variety of frames. They are quite affordable too with frames ranging from as low as 800KES and as high as more than 25000KES for the designer frames. The spectacles from here last long and are of good quality. They sell sunglasses too and they are not too pricey either. They also give very good advice on what type of lens to choose from. Based on the number of branches I’ve been to, their quality of service is standard. You wont be disappointed. One shop, all your optical needs catered to.
