Two rivers is my favourite mall so far. It has more than 200 stores that provide excellent customer services ,entertainment, lifestyle, fun and games for both kids and adults at affordable prices. It’s located at ruaka ni Nairobi Kenya. The security level it’s really good and no difficulties in arriving there. For the meals they have several restaurants and hotels with amazing meals and hospitality for both international and local citizens. We went to one of the amazing restaurants in the mall and had some delicious food and drinks. I’ll definitely recommend people to visit two rivers .

The famous Mall

A leisurely drive through the forest and curves of Limuru road on a weekend afternoon will never be the same again. The once quiet road frequented by some of Nairobi’s richest citizens including politicians, Cabinet secretaries, and top diplomats, has roared to life as motorists make their way to the biggest mall in the region. On any weekend today, one will be met by winding queues of traffic, at times stretching over a kilometer through the affluent Muthaiga, Gigiri, Runda, and Rosslyn estates into the magnificent gates of Two Rivers Mall. I’m among the many people who download their mobile App that helps me find my way around to the parking and then to the rest of the 67,000 square meters of retail space housing nearly 200 stores. At any given time the mall can accommodate 1,300 cars with parking options in the basement, the rooftop, or the open parking space outside the mall. One thing I really like about Two Rivers Mall is the unique feature of having public event spaces. Most other malls convert their parking spaces for events. One of the spaces, the CK Square, can hold more than 2000 people. Already, the spaces have attracted one of the most popular Television comedy shows—Churchill Show—that has started live recording at one of the squares. I also like how the Mall is meticulous and organized, with its walls painted magnificently in different colors and with beautiful artwork. Its exterior has a huge screen displaying or informing visitors of an array of services and goods that are offered at the mall. The anchor tenant at the Two Rivers Mall is French retailer Carrefour, a global hyper mat. There are over 200 international and local retail stores in the establishment. Two Rivers has quickly become popular for its wide range of family fun activities that include a dancing fountain, fun escape theme park, and an attractive skating park, which makes it a must-visit if you are looking for things to do in Nairobi. One of the most remarkable attractions at the Mall is the dancing color fountain. The water attraction is the same as Dubai’s Sharjah Fountain. The riverfront is also complete with flumes and is a sight to behold at night when the lights are on. I remember in 2019, Two Rivers Mall unveiled Africa’s tallest Ferris Wheel, now the most popular attraction offering riders incredible panoramic views of Nairobi, the country’s capital city. Dubbed ‘Eye of Kenya’, the 60-meter tall amusement park-style attraction, is held together by its crisscrossing steel beams. You’ve got to love Two Rivers Mall for its stylish design, spacious space, and children’s facilities.

Top mall in Kenya to visit

4.67/ 5

Two rivers is my favorite mall to visit because of the lots of stores for shopping. In addition, international recognized brands can be found here. This is a great place to spend time with family, explore different eateries and food joints as well as engage in fun activities such as riding the Ferris wheel, drop tower, aqua play. The pricing is affordable as well and cost friendly. I love how clean the environment is and how helpful the security guards are. Its however somehow hard to locate some joints/areas due to lack of enough signs providing direction to that particular area.

Two rivers provide premium facilities comprising Retail, Entertainment, Lifestyle facilities, modern office spaces, residential apartments, hotels, and public amenities. It’s anchored by retail giant Carrefour and boasts fan favorites like Nike, Burger King, Hardees, Magic Planet, Spur, Swarovski, LC Waikiki, Platform, Ashley Furniture, Art Café, and cinemas. Two Rivers is among the best in the variety offered. When it comes to shops, including globally known brands, this is the place to find them. The variety in eateries is also great, and there are also many fun accomplishments to pick from. So if you are looking for a place to spend time with family, friends, and meetings, this is the place. The surroundings are also lovely, and the washrooms are very well kept. The fun activities are low-priced, and children are considered too. Currently, it’s the largest mall in East Africa, and if it’s the biggest, expect a better experience from any other mall.

The biggest mall in East Africa

View All

4.5/ 5

This is by far the biggest mall in Kenya. It is so huge that it has a theme park with a Ferris wheel. It is located in Ruaka, Nairobi 30 minutes from the city center. It is home to over two hundred stores and also plenty of fun activities for all members of the family. Before getting to the entrance, you notice the amazing murals along the road. They took their time to design the place. There are a couple of packing lots within the mall that charge KES100 per hour. The mall is home to famous stores like LC Waikiki, Carrefour, Galitos, and Mister Wok. If you want to go on a date, this is the place for you. If you want to do shopping, this is also the place for you. The kids can also indulge in plenty of games at Funscapes. This is the home for all your needs with a side of fun.

A fun-filled mall with everything you could need in one building

Being the largest mall in Eastern Africa, Two Rivers Mall which is located along Limuru Rd easily became everyone’s favorite shopping mall due to its size, the numerous businesses housed there and its unique theme park which kids are obsessed with. The great thing about two rivers is that you get to find everything in one building since the mall hosts so many different businesses and stores including Pizza Inn, Carrefour, Galito’s, Aman, Giordano, Decathlon for great sportswear, Mr Price Fashions, Café Gusto who make awesome coffee among many other stores. My favourite thing about Two Rivers is that when it comes to food there’s a wide array of places to choose from. The Pizza Inn outlet here makes their pizzas waaay better than their other outlets at Garden City and in the city centre branches and is by far the bst pizza I’ve ever tasted. Other food businesses here include Chicken Inn, Big Square, Galito’s, Burger King among others. If you’re a fan of chinese food, Mister Wok is definitely the place for you.The mall also houses the bank offices of KCB bank DTB , Co-operative bank, Sidian Bank, Barclays and CBA. Despite being quite a distance from town, Two Rivers mall is definitely the best option for anyone trying to avoid the city centre back to school hustle since located here is Carrefour supermarket which always has great deals, Bata Kenya and Textbook Centre in case you need to purchase some books. There is ample safe parking outside the mall at a fee. The very best thing and most unique thing about Two Rivers is the Funscapes Themepark which offers great entertainment and fun for both kids and adults. The Flume ride which is a 7- metre water ride is quite enjoyable for both adults and children. Sitting on the ferris wheel gondolas is one of my most unforgettable experiences there since on a clear sky evening, one manages to appreciate a beautiful view of the sunset. There are also other games here like the drop tower which is a 17 metre drop down… gives quite the adrenaline rush and is definitely a must try. There’s something for everyone at two rivers, would 10/10 recommend.

A one-stop shopping mall with a theme park.

Two Rivers is a shopping center with over 200 stores. It is a fun-filled place that has all the necessary amenities, attractions, and amusements. It is located at Ruaka in Nairobi, Kenya. Two rivers has become very popular due to the best services that it offers to its customers. It offers all you can get, it has office blocks, shopping centers, banks, restaurants, fun activities, among others. The place is very secure, manned by professional and competent security personnel. There is ample parking space, at the basement and rooftop, and wheel-chair accessible entrance and lifts. The mall is very huge and I got lost around 2 times and had to ask for directions. The security staff were very friendly and assisted me in finding my way around the mall. One can be spoilt for choices as it offers a wide range of family fun activities such as a dancing fountain, theme park, flume ride, ferry wheel, games, skate part, and many more. The most popular fun activity in this mall is the tallest Ferris wheel which I enjoyed and enabled me to have an exceptional view of Nairobi city and the sunset. The Ferris charges are 500KES per person. There’s also a whole host of games to enjoy, including GP karting. There are snacks such as popcorn as well as fresh juices offered in the theme park. It gets more scenic at night near the rafting canal, with the lit-up, metallic zebra and giraffe mesh artwork. The Ferris wheel is also quite the sight to behold. The food court and amazing restaurants are of different cultures making it a good place to get to taste new cuisines. I got to try out Chinese food for the first time at Mister Wok restaurant and I must say I was impressed by the taste and quantity of the food. This mall is a great place for a fun weekend out with the family. I can’t wait to go back for the experience.
