Artcaffe Yaya Centre

It is located in Yaya Centre, Hurlingham, Argwings Kodhek Rd, Nairobi. When I got there, I ordered the Full Breakfast, which was sensational! I highly recommend this fantastic place. The breakfast includes eggs, sausage, fruit salad, baked beans, toast, and bacon. I was astonished at its tenderness and flavor; nicely cooked just as I ordered. The staff is well trained and helpful throughout the service. The coffee is to die for. Overall, Lovely cafe! The pastries and food are delicious. The place is cozy and perfect for a Sunday morning brunch. This is your spot if you’re looking for delicious and affordable food and drinks!

OMG!!! Whether its food or beverage, day drinking or date night, Art Caffe is thee place to go. first of all art café has one of the best vintage setup I’ve ever seen in Kenya. The ambience is busy, but still peaceful. I’ve gone to art café several times in one day, for breakfast, having drinks with my girls and for dates, that how good it is. My favorite thing to get at art café must be the drinks. A good cup of coffee or something stronger if you know what I mean😉 Art Caffe defiantly has what you need. For the pricing ill rate them a 6 on a scale of 1-10. the service is good, the some waiters are kind and helpful but some have just had a long day. I would argue them to speed up, sometimes they take a little to long to make and bring an order but otherwise Art Caffe all the way.

One thing about art cafe is that they always get the decor on point regardless of the different locations. I have also made a point of visiting all their locations at least once to take in the beauty of their layouts. I don’t know how they do it, but they do. This particular one has the most amazing lighting. It’s not that huge but the setup allows for privacy whether on dates or some laptop time. The art on the walls captures your attention from the moment you step in. The things I always get when I go to art cafe are a cup of latte and a slice of white chocolate fudge cake. They have perfected their fudge cake, I promise you that. The staff on the other hand are at times welcoming while at other times difficult to deal with. If you are ever in the area, pop in and try it.

For starters, when they say happy hour deals they mean Art Caffe and nowhere else. Their happy hour usually runs from 4 pm to 7 pm: you buy one and get the other absolutely free and it’s not restricted to the same type of cocktail. This is just but one of my favourite things about this restaurant. The price range for the drinks is usually from the cheapest of about 750shillings going upwards depending on your preference.

Art Caffe is a family-style restaurant as well as a coffee shop. The ambiance is very good. Highly recommend for first-time dates and casual hangouts to catch up with your friends. It’s also very suitable for a formal meeting. And the food!! I’ve had several meals here and the pasta is to die for!! Just the right amount of cheese and mushrooms.

The chicken wings are also a favourite of mine as well as their meatball sandwich. The portions are great, perfectly filling, and always making you want to go back for more. The flavour in their food is never lacking. I’ve had coffee here on several mornings when I’m in a rush to school and I absolutely love their breakfast deal for a cup of whichever coffee and a croissant at 350/= only. The menu for all their food and drinks is usually available in their website and you can do a quick go over to make sure you’re able to freely enjoy yourself. Finally, there are so so many branches in Nairobi therefore location is never a problem. Definitely rate it 4/5.
