Best lady is one of the know cosmetic and beauty product shops located in different parts of the country and is easy to access. It’s one of my favorite places. I usually go to the best lady shop in town just a 1 min walk from Imenti House. I like this shop very much; the staff who are working there are very friendly and helpful. The shop has all different kinds of cosmetics such as body oil, face product, wig, braids, and much more. The products are of good quality and affordable price. I really enjoy shopping here. There are several best lady cosmetics shop in Kenya but I’ve only been to the one in Nakuru along Kenyatta Avenue and in Nairobi I’ve visited the one along Moi Avenue and Ronald Ngala street. They sell a variety of hair products as well as cosmetics goods. Their prices are affordable compared to other beauty shops and they also offer great deals on products. They mostly sell women’s products.The staff are friendly and willing to give a helping hand.

It deals with designer cosmetic brands that include hair care and accessories, makeup, body care, skincare and nail polish that comes in several colors. It stocks a wide range of weaves, wigs and braids and many other hair products in Kenya that comes in different styles and colors hence reducing the need of moving from one store or supermarket to another for a wide range of hair products and accessories. It is very convenient since the customer can choose their preferred hair accessory depending on the type, taste, and color for the ideal look they want to pull. The price range from 55 KES to 245 KES for braids, 350 KES to 1,500 KES for weaves and 1,500 KES to 3,000 KES for wigs. The prices for their products are cheaper than most places. I have been to several branches in Mombasa and Nairobi. The attendants are very helpful and friendly. However, the stores are usually crowded most of the time and it can get disorganized, especially the braids area. I would definitely be going back for more hair products.

I mostly go to the one in town along Moi avenue. They are known to stock all sorts of products starting with a wide variety of hair (braids, weaves and wigs). You can also find various brands of make up. Different shades in foundation for all many brands. The are fully stocked. They are also your go to place if you need hair products e.g shampoo, conditioner, oils and creams. They also sell nail products from polish to stick ons to even UV light machines. When I say this is a one stop shop I mean it. They even stock jewelry!! Their hair is of good quality. I’m usually skeptical to get things that go directly on my skin like the foundation from them due to authenticity concerns. I however get all my other items from them. They are also very affordable.Their are fully staffed with each member willing to help you find the item you are looking for. This store is everything beauty. Stop by and get yourself glammed up.

A retail and wholesale cosmetic shop with multiple branches within Nairobi. They have assorted beauty products, hair products, hair extensions and accessories , make up products, bathroom requirements, name it. The store on Moi avenue is my go to because it’s an easy access but I’ve also visited the branch on Tom Mboya street and river road. The arrangement is quite organised and is similar in most branches but I find the one on Moi avenue bigger and more spacious. There is great customer care from the stock clerks only when there are few customers but once it’s populated getting help can be quite difficult. Otherwise they will help you discover what you’re looking for fast enough and if it’s unavailable you will definitely be saved the trouble and time looking for unavailabe goods. I’d advise you to go when you know what exactly you’re buying because on many occasions I’ve bought products that don’t work well for me simply because I was advised by the attendants to buy it. The products offered are at affordable prices but might defer at the different branches and I discovered that the one at River road is quite cheaper than the others I’ve been to. Another advantange is that you don’t have to go shop hoping since you can purchase most or all of what you need concerning cosmetics and hair products in one shop.

Now you might think hmmm cosmetic sooo just the basic lotions and makeup products???Well no,Bestlady is way more than just .You’ll be surprised by the wide array of beauty products from shampoos,to braids to hair products ,relaxers , treatment to equipment like blow dryers that they stock . I have had a chance to experience the famous Bestlady cosmetics which has become one of the most frequented cosmetic shops countrywide with numerous outlets and have gotten to expand their branches to Meru, Nyeri, Nairobi, Thika and even along Thika road.It is a wholesale and retail store therefore making it possible to save a few coins for every purchase made thus proving to be a cheaper alternative from the usual privately owned cosmetic shops. They have attendants on every aisle ready to give advice on whatever products you wish to purchase. However, at times the attendants are not knowledgeable about the products which becomes a bit annoying especially in their small outlets. They also take a while before they restock so it sometimes makes one take more available alternatives. They might also misadvice about stocking a product- this I experienced first hand. I therefore ended up making a repeat visit for a product they don’t even sell . I found to be a huge inconvenience. Besides that , it is a great place to shop with a whole variety to choose from making you spoilt for choice .

It is always fully and adequately stocked with some of the famous and popular brands in the country. I love how there are several assistants to aid you in looking for whatever it is you want because sometimes it can really be cumbersome. I frequently go here to buy hair products. Their prices are cheaper by several shillings compared to other stores. They close shop by around 7 pm according to what I know. What I don’t like about this store is that sometimes it can get really crowded and maneuvering becomes so difficult.
