Four Points By Sheraton

Today I experience the best service ever. We stopped at this fantastic hotel for breakfast, and everything was exceptional. The place is clean, the dining area is perfectly arranged, and the restaurant’s ambiance is beyond expectation, with comfortable chairs and tables. When we arrived, we were late for the buffet, but a waiter by the name of James approached us and told us we could order from the Ala carte menu. The food was excellent, with generous portions, and the presentation was great with a unique plate. The homemade hash was delicious, as was the Spanish omelet, beef sausage, and bacon. In addition, the fruits were fresh and nicely presented! The service was fast, and the staff was very friendly, professional, attentive to details and accommodating. Been a cold season, and people are freezing; this hotel has you covered with impressive restaurant heaters that keep the guest warm throughout their stay. I’m always looking forward to this place with my friend.

I got a chance to experience the ultimate Sheraton experience about an year ago when one of my cousins was going back to the states. Four Points by Sheraton actually have two branches , one in Hurlingham and another near JKIA . Since the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, their JKIA branch was easily the perfect choice for us as a place to enjoy her last night in Kenya. The staff there were really friendly and efficient right from the moment we got there. The check-in process was flawless and quite smooth. We were later shown up to our room which was really clean and the bed soooo comfy. The hotel’s interior has a simple theme and has numerous amenities you get to enjoy such as their well equipped gym, pool bar, spa, conference rooms and a rooftop pool. Unfortunately, neither of us got to use their gym but the pool … Wow. The place is breathtaking. This was my favorite part about our stay here and we spent most part of our afternoon lounging by the poolside. Their rooftop pool gives a magnificent view of the Nairobi National Park so besides being enjoyable, swimming here was scenic. The food here is fantastic breakfast buffet we got the next morning was marvellous and quite scrumptious to say the least. We got to get to the airport in time since the convenient location just a few minutes away from the airport helped us avoid the unpredictable Nairobi traffic. I highly recommend a stay at Four Points Sheraton to anyone looking for the perfect weekend getaway or anyone seeking the perfect place near the airport before departure , you definitely won’t be disappointed!

This is a four star hotel there located in Hurlingam, Nairobi. It has a sister branch located at the airport that I find that waay luxurious . So I dropped by for lunch with a friend and from the entrance already I found it very underwhelming . I’m a little bit biased because of how great I thought the sister branch was so maybe I was a little prejudiced. Right from the entrance I could already tell how hospitable the staff were . They were very kind and patient, calmly guiding me through the several dining and accommodation options this hotel has. Because my interest was of the former I was informed there were two dining locations. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and one on the rooftop that’s next to the pool. I definitely chose the rooftop one because why not. The first thing that shocked me when I got to the roof was how tiny their swimming pool is, it’s so tiny it’s funny. I had seen several pictures of the pool from the Internet and it looked half it’s size in real life . For a rooftop bar there was very little thought that was put in the aesthetics . It was slightly cramped up . Other than that, everything else was great . The waiter that served us paid a lot of attention to details and the DJ was playing really good music. We both ordered steak and their cocktails. Everything was well done , the stake was juicy and the cocktails gave just the right amount of buzz. We didn’t spend a lot of money because the food was fairly affordable and you don’t need to dig into your pockets so much when dining here. I haven’t used their accommodation service but all the reviews I’ve gotta are pretty good . The last thing that made my evening was the sunset viewing from the rooftop;so calming, soothing and extremely peaceful.Definitely a vibe.
